Description
Late one night after a heavy drinking stint, two off-duty Royal Australian Air Force engineers, while saturated with alcohol, decided to design an airplane to see how it'll turn out, just for laughs. What a surprise they got when their little joke turned out to be a perfectly stable working model and a highly powerful gun platform!
Dubbed the 'Drongo', this dinky-di D.U.I (Designed Under the Influence) from Down Under was quickly pressed into service within the RAAF.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "Wot just happened?" "Eeeh, mate."

This is definitely how we would design planes.
Is it meant to look like it can flex? Half way up the stem/pillar looks to me like an enclosed hinge of sorts.
Maybe for storage? At the moment all I can think is that on the ground these would make pretty good impromptu power poles.
