It all started from a dream I had:

I was the only surviving soldier trudging through a vast wasteland after a fierce battle, looking for rescue with a 30mm unexploded shell lodged in my tummy, causing me extreme pain all the while.

Incidently, I had a double whammy of food poisoning and gastric 2 or 3 weeks ago, causing me the same agony.

The pain of these two experiences is unforgettable, so I decided to relate it to the short comic story I did a while ago. So here it is.

That is done so well and the colors and shading and mood are well reflected in this piece! It's nice to know you can do something constructive with your dreams! I keep getting the one with the angry gnomes throwing green hotdots at me! I hate that one! LOL! Excellent work and congratulations on the DD!
